Can I use Rocketbots for free?
Yes, our free plan gives you access to all features and channels. You can use this plan to connect as many channels as you want and take our platform for a test drive, free of charge. When you are close to your contact limit, we will remind you to upgrade.
What counts as a contact?
Every messaging account or website visitor that talks to your connected channels is considered a contact and stored in your dashboard. You can delete old contacts at any time to free up some space!
What happens if I reach my contact limit?
We’ll let you know when it’s time to upgrade and you will still be able to communicate with all your old contacts. However, conversations from new contacts above your limit won’t be accepted until you visit the billing page and upgrade to a paid plan.
Are volume discounts available?
We offer customized pricing for large businesses and enterprises. If you forecast more than contacts than the available packages, get in touch with us to talk about our enterprise plans and volume discounts.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, just go to the “Billing“ section of the Rocketbots Platform, and click on “Cancel Subscription“.
How can I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time, just go to the “Billing“ section of the Rocketbots Platform, select a plan and click on “Subscribe“.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For large deployments or annual subscriptions, we can invoice you annually and you can pay by cheque or bank-transfer.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No. Rocketbots is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
