How to Upload Files on Rocketbots

How to Upload Files on Rocketbots

What is File Uploading?

If you want, skip to the step-by-step instructions. Rocketbots lets you upload a range of files to the platform so you can deliver files to users’ messenger apps with ease.

Why is this a notable feature?

Because if you had to deliver files manually, one-by-one, you’d probably go insane. Having the ability to broadcast files to users or segments of users gives you just a bit more leverage on your messaging channels.

What files do you support?

The Rocketbots platform allows for the file types below:

JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TXT, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, CSV, PPT, PPTX, MP3, MP4, MOV, WAV, MPG, MPEG, ZIP, TAR, TGZ, GZ, PDF, LOG, XML.

If your file is not one of the supported file types, it is suggested that your compress it into a ZIP folder before uploading.

Checklist

  • Channel Page (So you have at-least one place you can broadcast through, like a Facebook page.)
  • Rocketbots Account (Because this is the tool that makes it happen)
